MY IDEAL
In addition to my activities as a body-oriented and energetic practitioner, I also collaborate with others who align with the objectives described below to organize various activities for groups.
The following is what I strive for as an ideal vision:
Growth Groups
Meetings where participants unconditionally share their knowledge, qualities, and inspiration with each other in an equitable manner within a safe environment. The organization and costs for the meetings are evenly and fairly distributed among the participants.
Unfolding
Like a plant needs sunlight and earthly elements, we seek those elements that help us as humans grow and unfold. Together, we strive to understand the needs of body, mind, and soul that are in contact with the illuminating forces of nature. In this way, we can create the conditions for a healthy growth that appeals not only to intellect but to the totality of the human being.
Harmony
The harmony of the group and its interaction within society take precedence. Stable harmony within the group can be achieved through respect for everyone's uniqueness. Additionally, we aim for a balance between masculine and feminine qualities. By presenting ourselves as a harmonious Whole, we can address important themes in society more effectively.
Rhythm
Nature and the cosmos invite us to lovingly and fluidly flow with their rhythm. This entails striving for a healthy balance between work, relaxation, and rest, which is often lacking in today's society. Movement in various forms is an essential tool, such as walking in nature, qi gong, dance.
Joy
Fulfillment, freedom, pleasure - we pursue these in a pure and natural way, without causing harm to others or ourselves. With both feet firmly rooted in reality, we embrace life with whatever it presents at that moment. A gentle approach and small steps in our journey, explicitly avoiding the use of external means like psychoactive substances. All richness is already within us, ready to be discovered and unfolded.
"It is possible that the next Buddha will not take the form of an individual..
The next Buddha may take the form of a community—a community practicing understanding and loving kindness, a community practicing mindful living.
This may be the most important thing we can do for the survival of the Earth."
