"When you touch one thing with deep awareness, you touch everything."
- Lao Tzu -
Welcome
Do you know that feeling of flowing well-being? As if a nurturing sun warms you, from the inside out? That sun is the Qi flowing through our meridians. Meridians are like rivers where life force flows through, opening us up to the light. In many people, there is a dam in the river, and Qi cannot move freely, causing disturbances in various areas.
As a body-oriented practitioner, I give the body the right signals to get things moving again, to let the waves flow anew. Breaking through blockages can happen very quickly.
If the obstructions have been there for a long time, it requires a bit more effort from both the giver and the client. Therapist and client, like Yin and Yang, form a flowing whole.

Approach
Before the treatment, we first take the time for an anamnesis. To get to the core of the problem, I will ask probing questions about your physical and mental well-being. The required technique presents itself in the moment. Tailored to your situation and needs, I can use various forms of bodywork or coaching. Additionally, I am happy to provide specific Qi Gong exercises to further stimulate the body's self-healing ability.

Massage methods
Shiatsu; a Japanese acupressure massage with gentle nourishing techniques.
Tuina; a powerful dynamic massage technique from China, which deeply affects tense muscles and tendons.
Chi Nei Tsang; a Taoist abdominal massage technique, combining gentle and firm touch with conscious breathing.
Qi Gong; a Chinese movement practice with simple exercises for breathing, balance, intention, strength, and flexibility.
